The Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) is a grant that businesses can use to reduce the cost of installing electric vehicle charge points. The WCS grant offers £350 per charge point socket for up to 40 sockets. Your business can advantage from savings of up to £14,000.

With a Solar PV system integrated on your commercial property you could power your electric charging points for free via the sun.
EV Chargepoint grant for landlords
The government-funded EV Chargepoint scheme saves landlords up to £350 or 75% off the cost of buying and installing an EV charging point at a commercial property. Each financial year you are eligible for to up to 100 grants for commercial properties. The commercial property must have private parking for staff.
