Charity installation at cricket club

CDS Electrical replaced a £1 coin meter with a “pay as you go electricity meter” at Pevensey Cricket Club, founded in 1919. It became clear after a cost-saving exercise that the club was paying excessive amounts of money for their antiquated electricity meter.

There is no local funding for the cricket club and the upkeep of the pavilion, so CDS Electrical offered the labour free.

While we were there, we also decided it would be beneficial to connect the light to the external defibrillator and install a security light for safety.
