CDS Electrical wins JTL Employer Recognition Awards

CDS Electrical Ltd, has been named as an award winner in the JTL Employer Recognition Awards.

JTL, one of the leading apprenticeship providers in the building services engineering sector, runs the JTL Employer Recognition Awards to acknowledge employers that have shown remarkable levels of commitment towards their JTL apprentices.

Derek Bulled and Corin Dudley, representatives for CDS Electrical Ltd, were presented with a trophy by Martin Hick, JTL’s Head of Learner Assessment for the southern region, at the company’s offices in Sussex.

JTL Training Officer, Stephen Allcorn, said: “CDS Electrical Ltd has been supporting apprentices for many years. I have seen the company grow over time, and it has continued to be an excellent employer, taking on at least two or three apprentices every year over the past 15 years or so.

“Everyone at CDS Electrical Ltd is brilliant and many of the staff have been with the company a long time. That continuity allows for a great family run local business that deserves all the support it gets. Everyone is helpful and well deserving of this award not only because of their commitment to JTL, but to apprenticeships in general.”

Corin Dudley, delighted with the news, added: “I’m particularly grateful for the recognition as we’ve worked incredibly hard here to ensure our apprentices are a top priority, and I know we’d all like to give a special thanks to Stephen Allcorn for nominating us.”
